Selection of products

In the left section, select the department you are interested in, e.g. Ski Helmets. After clicking on this section, you will see the offer in the department (if the products are divided into subgroups, you can open subdivisions with other products for a more precise selection). You can now browse the menu and if you require more information about any of the products, just click on the product name, the image or the More information link. Here you can see the product in the illustration photo and read more detailed information. If you have a special question, then write it down in the product comments. We will try to respond as quickly as possible to your query placed near the comments on the item.

Registration

For a comfortable and safe purchase we recommend you to register in our e-shop. You can also shop without registration. However, you lose the possibility of tracking your order and in the case of another order you have to enter all your contact details again.

Registration consists of entering your name, address, login and of course your password. To register, click on the second link at the very top of the page marked "Registration". A page will appear with a form to fill out. All information is entered in the appropriate boxes. Items marked as "Required items" are mandatory and therefore necessary for successful registration. After entering all the necessary information, press the "Submit" button. If you enter any information incorrectly, or if you do not fill in the required fields, the form will be redisplayed and you will be asked to correct the information. If everything is correct, a page will appear informing you that you have successfully registered. From this moment on you become a registered customer. On your next visit, you do not need to fill in anything complicated and just enter your username and password in the top left section. This will log you in again.

Shopping cart

If you have selected the products you want to buy, you must first place them in the virtual shopping cart. To do this, click on the "Add to cart" link next to the selected item in the department listing, or click on "Add to cart" in the item details. Immediately after adding the item to the cart, you will see the contents of the cart. For each item you can adjust the number of pieces. If you want to remove an item from the cart, enter zero in the number field. The price shown is only the sum of the prices of all items in the basket. You will see the final price of your order including the delivery fee before you submit your order.

If you are not yet logged in, please do so. You may have items in your basket from a previous purchase that you have not completed. These items will appear in your basket automatically after you have logged in.

You can now continue to select the next items you want to buy. You can do this by clicking on "Go back to store". You can return to your cart at any time by clicking on the link at the top of the bar to see the current price of the cart contents.

Once you have selected the item, click on "Order item" to place your order.

Order products

To order products you must be properly logged in. If you are logged in, you are allowed access to the page to submit your order. On this page, you will see the contents of your basket at the top, i.e. the items you wish to purchase. Below that is the payer information, i.e. the information you entered when you registered. You can change this information by clicking on the appropriate link. Below the payer is a form to enter the recipient's address. For example, if you want to use a courier as a delivery service, you can have the products sent to your work, where you will be more easily reached. Now select the payment and shipping method. If you have entered everything, click on the "Send" button. This will take you to the next page where please double check all the details. If everything is in order please submit your order by clicking on the "Submit" button again. You can see the current status of your orders by clicking on the Orders link in the customer menu.
