Get comfortable with the Legami Warm Cuddles Heat Pillow with Linseed. This cute, warm cushion provides comfort with soft material and a lavender scent that will put a smile on your face and calm your mind.
Warm pillow: remove the pillowcase. Put a half cup of water and a pillow in the microwave with a turntable. Make sure that the seeds are evenly distributed inside the pillow. Heat for 60 seconds at 500 W-700 W or 45 seconds at 800 W-1000 W. If the product is not hot enough, stir the seeds inside and heat at 10-second intervals. Insert the pillow and into the pillowcase. Wait approximately 30 seconds before using.
Cooling pillow: remove the pillowcase, place the pillow in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Then remove the contained pillow from the plastic bag and place it in the pillowcase.
