Gift voucher

All standard vouchers can be purchased here (or we can issue a voucher for any amount you choose). The voucher can also be used for partial payments.

The voucher can be used for any purchase of products in our brick and mortar store or e-shop. Buying a gift voucher eliminates the hassle of inappropriate gifts, the recipient chooses the products that suit them and pays for them with the gift voucher.

How can I get a gift voucher?

Online ordering:
The voucher will be sent to you by email after payment. You can then print it yourself and easily add a short personal dedication.

Personal order in our brick-and-mortar shop:
We will issue the gift voucher when you visit our shop in person, it can be paid in cash or by payment card. We will then send it to you by e-mail. If you are interested in having a gift voucher issued and printed, please note that the whole process takes some time. If you do not want to wait too long, it is always better to have the voucher sent by e-mail.

What can I buy with the voucher?

The voucher can be used to purchase any products within our range or to pay for any of the services we offer (rental, test centre, service).

The voucher can also be used in our e-shop. When completing your order, you will enter the unique code on the voucher in a special window and the corresponding value on the voucher will be deducted from the price of your online purchase.

The voucher is valid for 2 years (24 months) from the date of issue.

To redeem, simply use the unique code you receive with the voucher at the e-shop or store. You do not need to print anything to redeem. The voucher can also be used for partial payments. The current balance will always be communicated to you by our staff upon request.

The gift voucher cannot be redeemed in cash, it can only be used to pay for products or services within the Ski a Bike Centrum Radotín s.r.o.
