How do I create a customer account?
Simply order any item and in the last step of the order check "I also want to take advantage of benefits and discounts..." customer club! Or fill in the club application form and we will set up your registration. You can also register in person at our shop!
To register, we need your first name, last name, email and phone number. -
How can I reset my password?
To reset your password, click on "Log in" in the top right bar and select the "Forgotten password" menu . Now, after entering your email address and clicking on the "Request password" button, an automatic email will be generated to set a new password.

What should I do if I have made a registration in shop but I can't log into my account?
In the top bar, click on "Login" and select "Forgotten password". Enter the email you used to register with the store and ask for your password. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password. You can then log in and shop.

How do I use my customer discounts when shopping in store?
You can use the discount when you pay for your purchase - just prove your registration with one of your registration details.

Can I change my registration details?
You can change your personal or billing data or password by logging into your customer account under "My Account" → "My Details".

I see a wrong email on my receipt, how should I proceed?
We apologize for the error in entering your email. Please contact our customer service line and together we will solve the problem. We will then send you the missing invoices and receipts.

Can I buy without registration?
You can shop without registering, but you'll lose the ability to track your order status, take advantage of customer club benefits and discounts, and easily manage your future orders; you'll also need to re-enter your contact details for your next purchase. However, if you do register, you will gain access to a range of benefits that will make your shopping experience more convenient and easier.
