How to choose a sweatshirt for cross-country skiing
The second layer of functional clothing for cross-country skiing consists of fleece, polyester or merino sweatshirts. Their main task is to insulate the skier's body and mediate the sweat from the first layer further away from the body. In addition, high-quality models offer advanced functionalities such as bodymapping or compression of active muscle groups.
